Important Dates

Conference registration and abstract submission are now open. Please note that if you elect to stay in the Towers Residential Suites on campus, there is a cut-off date to pay for dorm accommodations.

1. The deadline for abstract submission is June 15, 2009 (extended until June 30).
2. The final deadline for registration is July 20, 2009
3. The deadline for dorm accommodation payment is July 1st

Also, 

1. Payment received before June 15, 2009     $275.00
2. Payment received after June 15, 2009        $325.00

 

There will be limited opportunities to pay the registration fee on-site (no cash), provided that the person has registered on-line, but did not pay. Unfortunately, we cannot extend the registration deadline past July 20. Please contact the Organizers if you have questions.
