Registration for DPF-2009

DPF 2009 is an open meeting to all APS members. Registration fees are due for all participants, including invited speakers and chairpersons. Please note that the registration fee is $275 (if paid before June 15) and $325 (if paid after June 15). Accommodations are not included in registration and will have to be paid separately. Please do not forget to complete step 4 of the registration process (registration fees)!

We will use the CERN Indico software for registrations, abstract submission, and general program agenda organization. The full registration consists of the following 3 to 4 steps. Please click on each line/link, which will direct you to other pages on this website, or to CERN Indico server, with more instructions to follow. To get back to this page, just hit "Back" button on your browser.

1. Create an Indico account
   
2. Register for the conference via Indico
   Note that for some browsers the "register" button, located at the bottom of the form may be off-center to the very far right in your browser.
3. [Optional] Submit one or more abstracts for a talk and/or poster via Indico [submission deadline is June 15].
   Note that you do not need to complete your registration by paying before submitting any abstracts. Please don't forget to add "Track classification" (the name of the parallel session).
