For Speakers

The DPF-2009 conference is using Indico conference managing software. Please upload a pdf copy of your talk to Indico before the conference. To do so, please go to the Indico's Timetable page for DPF-2009 (http://indico.cern.ch/conferenceTimeTable.py?confId=41044 -- you can also get there from the conference's Program page, http://www.dpf2009.wayne.edu/program.php), find your talk and click on your talk's title. This will take you to your talk's "web site". Once there, click "login" in the top right corner. Once you enter your credentials (an e-mail you signed up with, and an Indico password), you should see the same page with an additional button "Manage material". This button will send you to the uploads page, where you can upload your talk's file. We STRONGLY prefer pdf files. If, for some reason, it is absolutely impossible to upload your talk to Indico, please contact your session's convener for help/alternative solutions. Due to a tight aganda, computer swaps during parallel sessions are strongly discoraged.
